No doubt that the German war machine was bad ass. They fought and died just like any other soldier would for their country. My respects for the German military today and for its people.

The first has a Christian cross (with a Swastika in the middle, not real Christian) and the second shows the symbol of an arrow pointing skyward made out of branches. The training of the german forces were unique in WW2 and all of the western countrys copied the organisation and tactics from germany after the war! fact

WE never copied the tactics of shooting unharmed prisoners, furthermore I was a soldier for 25 years and used 'British tactics' with one exception and that was mobile defence, which incidenty we never used in reality.

First off your numbers are off because you forgot the Allies fought in the especially the United States fought in the Pacific Theater. It was the only country during WW2 that prepared and trained and produced a armed forces that could fight and win on two different fronts. European/Africa/Italy and the Pacific.

You notice in the last two photos it shows graveyards of dead German soldiers. The first has a Christian cross (with a Swastika in the middle, not real Christian) and the second shows the symbol of an arrow pointing skyward made out of branches. Hitler was a atheist and I beleive this was his pagan symbol that replaced the cross. I read a book about an x german soldier that became a priest and he mention this symbol.
