  • This looks great. I have an idea to combine the flavourings and seasonings with a lamb hotpot. I'll try it for next week's Sunday dinner!

  • We went to Egypt recently and ate Shawarma from street side vendors and also from some restaurants. We were really hooked on to it. My daughter wanted me cook it at home. I followed your recipe and made Shawarma at least 6 times and each time it was wonderful. Thanks for a very simple and delicious recipe.

  • Chef John is great, not to fuzzy but mostly 'freestyle' cooking. Dares to admit mistakes but his recepies come out great just about everytime anyway
