Can you call toll free numbers? In Canada the Magic Jack won't fucking call toll free numbers. Fucking sucks! I don't even want to pay my subscription next year so I'm gonna abuse the return policy at wal-mart...oops I lost my fucking receipt!

They also have no live customer service only a live chat. No complaints department. No phone number! You'd think they could afford a phone number after they rob you blind.

Magic Jack good? I don't know, I ordered 1 and they tried to sell me 2. When i ordered the 1 I checked my credit card and they had a hold on $50 which looked but then the Confirmation Email showed they were selling me an additional Magic Jack and the other billing would come after the Free Trial Period was over. They wanted me to cancel the order and reorder. Went along with the cancel but not the reorder. When I order 1 I want 1. I was very surprised that they would argue with me so long.
