another "manual" effect i use myself would be to cut mid and/or treb incrementally with the beat.... say from 0 and cut it in 1/8th steps on the beat then back to 0, or fade it out with certain parts of songs with a long repetitive section to make it more interesting...
great info! What mixer do you recommend for Denon DN-S3700 because they recommended the Behringer DDM400 but it seems a bit much. Also in the future I want to connect a Laptop so plz tell me what you recommend for a mixer.

I find it incredible that these 9 minutes to do just that, I think the team that have any effect on the table itself is better than So you do, for example, echo, filter, roll, etc, with all due respect I think this video is a waste of time, the only thing you do is use the cue for a song and it seems to me absurd, are the worst 9 minutes of my greeting life, sorry for my english!Im from Spain
This coming from a guy with a shitty camera and 1 video with 172 views haha yeah your opinion really matters to us all. Thanks for telling us your worthless opinion
have a behringer vmx 300 mixer, however this mixer does not have any built effects. Does anyone no of anything of how i can get effects. whether i need a completely new effecter and plug and how to plug it in to the vmx 300? i basically just want effects while still using the behringer vmx 300. please help...
I dont know if the vmx 300 has a send/return but your mexer needs a Send/return imput so you can plug in Effect device like a Korg Kaoss Pad or Pioneers EFX.
Theres also a tool from Behringer but i've forgotten the name
I dunno know, I do know that if i was the head of e.g. Pioneer, and i noticed this guy, which had millions of vieuws on his vids, I would ENJOY sending him some gear to test it out! Great commercial!

It sounds like he's speaking to 4 year olds!?
Are most DJ's so moronic that they need to be explained simple things in this manner? An 8 minute video that fades two tracks together using the volume controls, seems a little ridiculous.
to Optimum14, I agree, BUT please imagin you have never seen a dj mixer b4! and you are say 31, youtube speaks to the world , not just to the USA and the UK! thanks j
O, also, what program do you use on your laptop or computer?

Alternatively you could buy a drum machine. Give me a break! Matching two tracks with computerised rhythms is hardly an art.
