Yeah. Both Portishead and Tricky sampled Ike's Rap 2. Released albums the same year with the same sample on. Odd coincidence but both sick songs and cool albums. But I'm pretty sure they know each other so they were all probably up gettin' steamed one night listening to the original and both parties though 'ahhhhh'. Safe.

tricky's performance was a little rough around the edges... martina helped smooth it out... but at least they're speaking a language that's more synesthetic than a B.S. rationalization of critiquing 'good' and 'bad' approaches to making music.
