They had 215hp ENGINE if it was a 5speed. 180hp ENGINE if it was an auto. A measurement at the rear wheels is much different.
The bad converter would make a 700hp truck post bad numbers.
This truck with everything it has on it should be much stronger, it just needs the hand of a talented 12v tuner to make it come alive. Sounds like it needs a set of 4k Governor springs too. That and a gopd transmission it would be a differnt animal!

What was wrong with this truck? These had like 215 HP stock from Dodge......
