Interesting...in Uechi, after the groinstrike, the one performing the application doesn't block forward, but turns and blocks his opponent's hand down after the strike.
I sometimes wonder why would somebody create a kata with such simplistic and seemingly unrealistic applications built in. I always considered the creators of kata extremely gifted fighters - why wouldn't they pass some more effective techniques to the future generations?
I would absolutely love to learn this form of seisan. I'm only familiar with Isshinryu seisan.

yes, this is former uechi in new name. 'cause UECHI is family name, property of uechi family, so they named it shohey ryu...

To don't be teached for wrong people . You must train hard and study for many years to extract it's knowledge .

@mirekcerny i see technique in this Kata not explored..grappling and joint locking but i studied Ryukyu Kempo\tuite jitsu
