I want to know what's gonna happen to the homes that rich people picked-up at ridiculous prices gonna do with them? A family can't bid for a home because the rich outbid them way before it went on the market. So, I guess the bottom line is, families will be renting the homes and never have the chance of owning one because by the time the smoke clears homes will double/triple in value. Their should be a law about monopolizing on owning homes. Let every hardworking family be able to own a home.
