  • 5:18 boobies :)

  • How does Nick do that thing at 1:57 ish, where he swings the poi behind him paralell to the ground, and then stalls them to go back forwards. That seems IMPOSSIBLE.

  • how to i go to one of these retreats

  • i have a HUGE problem with upward stalls, while downward is no problem, any useful hints?

  • @Dynamitrios

i had the same problem start to work on the one he does does at :48 it gives you a really good concept of where they can go and how you can stall them

  • im starting off with the strings taped over the tennis balls & doing just the way this video is doing it, and it don't feel right, I dunno if im training myself right,

  • I can see this being easier with the sock style poi but it seems like it would be a challenge to get light weight led poi to do this, i donno I will have to work on it. He is so graceful though!

  • there he goes again making it look easy. i spinn 2 an its not that easy. look me up

  • @jayboog763 Maybe you should work on getting better.

  • smart ass! hahaha god stuff,, i need to improve on my stalls, and i love the change of direction / plane stuff,, fantastic!

  • You are SO amazing! and SUCH a good teacher, i love how you repeat the move when showing. Thank you so much for giving me more poi freedom! stalls are so much fun! I want to see you spin for real, and I would love to come to one of these classes!!!!! amazing! xxx

Finish off the Dots and head for the fruit.

    Cool new editing!!

  • is that alien john with green pants???

  • You're such a huge help Nick. I've been spinning for over four years now and you always have something that makes me better. :D

I dont know if you use meltdowns. I've never seen you use them, but you should make an instructional vid for thoes that would like to know

    As always, keep it chill

  • littleraverboi has a meltdown vid its not as instuctonal as nick would make it but it helps get the job done good luck and happy spinnin

  • Where are you teaching in this video? It loosk quite nice.

Also you are always an inspiration Nick. I love your vids.

  • you know... you are way too good at poi for your own good. =D

  • Excellent stalls Nick. You make it look easy given your many years of practice. But it is true, stalls do open doors to chain reactions. Like the new video effects you have going on as well. *~P.L.U.R.~*

  • when you make a cube with your stalls you should sing "im in a box, im in a box, everybody look at me cause im standin in a box" hehe i don't know how many ppl will get that

  • wow, all the possiblities

  • Whoa. Mind Blown. When he was talking about showing the audience circles and he went right into a buzzsaw. <3. Nick...your the boss!

  • i like the swirly circles of orange and yellow. nice digital effects Nick. Ha

  • swing swing swing circle bounce bounce!

    I love it!

  • Thanks for the lesson. Greetings from Venezuela. :D

  • dude this is crazy good. im laughing at how good this is. man it rocks

  • i so need to get my pennies saved and get myself to one of these retreats!!

  • come to fire drums next year, its at the end of april and its in california...... i'm so glad you able to come back and you werent permanantly banned

  • haha i'm having a hard enough time with two planes :D but i will start practicing stalls again :D

  • oki! well that was COOL! i'm normaly the skeptic, but that was genuinely cool! when i get to decent stalls, i'm gonna try playing with this!

  • im very surprised at the quality of nick's videos now. they wer always good, but they have met a new level of professionalism that i did not think a poi video could match

  • whos the admin of this server, nick is banned from america.

    lame. admin abuse.....

  • why ????????????????????????????????????????

  • And this is where poi becomes ridiculously fun.

  • Ah yes, the subtle madness that is planebending and all the trickery and mass geeking that comes as a result is the very tip of the iceberg.

  • Yup, madness adds fun to everything.

  • I had just started working on something like this but the cubing. that's a great way to align my mind with the concept.

  • 3D spinning and plane mastery is definitely integral to spinning 'in the round' to an audience as nick succinctly put it. I know personally I have to break myself of spinning in front of a mirror for too long or else my performances will be un-duly 2D :)

  • Awsome!

  • For the love of God come to the America. PLEASE!!!

  • thats kool thx

  • Just had a "why didnt I think of that" moment! Cheers!

  • 3d spinning! WHOA!

  • I think that last part of quickly changing planes got hard to grasp due to the camera not being able to capture it properly. Just went to fast =P

  • Nifty

  • Jons not paying attention!! Tsktsk.

  • WOOO first comment!

  • but who will make the 1st comment relevent to the content of the video???
