It really surprised me that you took Shrills Sound (relatively low damage cone spell) instead of long range + area damage Noxious Fumes, which also nauseates or even KO enemies (or Iceball for more water magic trainining, so you could sooner use Freeze Flash or Freeze All at full strength)
