First off, your wrong in every aspect. Bill Gates went to congress to try erase a limit on green cards given to students in the US. He stated that for every new worker in the computer industry five new jobs can be created. This means American citizens would also be able to easily get jobs. And alternative energy is already in the hands of other wealthy businesses. It's really no place for Microsoft as they are a SOFTWARE company. Ending poverty is WAY more reasonable and is worth every cent.

But for the AIDS aspect, if they are going to use Vaccines as the primary anti-HIV endemic, then I don't support the policy. Abstinence is the most effective, aside from condoms. I've heard that treatment for AIDS use garlic, lemons, and something else. Garlic is one the best anti-disease "drug"
