its pretty much any athletic sport really. west africans have quick explosive legs. same amount of strength as a white dude, but a higher proportion of fast-twitch muscles which help in leaping and sprinting. east africans can run for longer. norwegians have a more developed upper torso and so have a stronger upperbody ON AVERAGE. there are ofcourse exceptions, but this is roughly how the body adapts to certain environments.
