The Hong Kong man is ridiculous. He permanently agreed with every word the drummer was saying, it was hilarious. I had to watch this several times to be able to hear it.
Cash notes are a legal contract between the bearer and the Bank of England. As long as there is a Bank of England, they have the legal obligation to pay the bearer on demand the sum of the note. While other banks may not accept the note, the Bank of England is obliged to pay out.
