Sounds nice. But to my mind you need some reverb here. Sound is too dry. May be a little bit of chorus could be even beneficial here! Try! You've got good guitar, nice stuff in head. Find your sound. To be honest the hardest thing left... Good Luck!
@Humanrightsforall1 Really???!!! I don't see any vids of u putting up anything even like some lame campfire chord tune. This guy plays well but hell since u got nuthin to show thats better a person with no arms could play better than u too.
Human rights for all??? Lmao. You sound like such a compassionate person. Not. That has got to be one of the dumbest statements i've seen in a while. Put up or stfu
@chillichomper If you don't understand Jazz harmony then perhaps it would sound dumb, but to others it won't. To be fair, if challenged maybe this guy has those colours, but not here. I was right the first time.
hey man great playing. how long you been playing for?? I've been playing guitar for about 2 and a half years and am trying my hand at jazz but am finding it really difficult :s
i really like it much more than your tone test video, although those octaves you were playing got really repetitive, and there was way too much minor pentatonic in the solo. that is my honest opinion, i hope you do not get offended.
hey man i love your stuff. I am in the process of auditioning to college for a jazz guitar performance major and was wondering if u had any recomendations on how to record a dvd without losing my tone. Or if you could simply tell me your recording set up for these videos. Thanks a lot!
Great playing. It's always nice to hear someone touch the guitar with some musicality. Though I don't know if I can get used the the way you hold your pick ; )
@soopajeanmi This is a great demonstration of the 339's versatility as a jazz axe. I want to get this guitar sooo bad and I don't want to sacrifice any of my existing guitars either! Kids in college and single bread earner makes it tough to land this beaut. You're one lucky sob. Love ur playing BTW!
you're a great player. is there any way you could tell me what chord progression you play in the loop. i have always wanted to play this song. thanks for the vid

Average playing on a simple Jazz tune. Eric Clapton could make these changes.

Nice album collection!
Even sweeter playing! I want to get into jazzy territory; no good You Tube jazz lessons though.
Keep playing that guitar just as you are!

@wadesun31 Thanks! I simply put a SM57 in front of my amp, that goes to a presonus firebox and then to my PC. No added effect or treatment on the PC.

great tone and playing. Did you try a Gibson CS 336 ?!

Yes! I prefer the 339, even if the 336 is a great gibson too.
