Great video, not a plant for sure. Gary does this with kids - the band is great with them. My son got pulled up on stage on 7/31/10 during Life Is A Highway and he just started doing the ROBOT on his own. Lucky - being in the right place at the right time. Great job Makenna ! What a memory !

This song is great. Hearing her voice and seeing her on the stage and not having a panic attack or freaking out shows me that she has probably sung in front of people before, so he made a good choice with her. Great song, great performance, and great team work. All around great! :)

This is not unusual for Rascal Flatts to pull a young person on stage but Gary normally just walks them up and down the stage. This night he pull this young lady from the crowd after she sang a few bars of their hit "What Hurts The Most". He walked with her on stage and let her sing most of the song with him even allowing her to sing on her own several times including finishing the song on her own.

I was at this show. I had traveled all the way from Denver in a blizzard to be there but it was worth it. When Gary pulled this young lady up on stage she really stole the show. She knew every word, was on key and had the correct tempo and was so poised for such a large crowd and such a young girl. I was so proud of her and I don't even know her. You could tell when she was finished that Gary was so proud of her for doing so well as was the crowd. Way to go Makenna you have an amazing talent.
