To everyone asking what it is made out of its called El wire :-) its on ebay for pretty inexpensive really easy to hot glue or sew to clothes :-) look at my YouTube channel... I was a stickman I made this Halloween super fun had a tomorrow of people ask me what it is where I got it :-)
