@ozyozyozyozy I beg to differ. It is caused by somethings. That's why there are triggers. They don't happen out of nowhere, though the causes can be very discreet. I am not my own psychologist, entirely. I have a friend who helps me a lot. But there are causes to those things, and the better you are at recognizing what they are and the origins of them, the easier it is to control the attacks. I know this... Mine are severe..
I hate those... Anxiety attacks, and panic attacks. I refuse to take medication, but I can't seem to get rid of them the way I use to. And they're coming back now. Tommy, you look like you'd just come out of one, I hope you find a solution, dear. The song helps.

...called "sunbathing in the rain" I had got from a library and read through the first few chapters, I saw that someone underlined some words and passages and I was so soothed and moved by this. I had the sudden feeling I was not alone, this song has that effect for many so thankyou xxx
the genuine emotion behind this is clear, thankyou for dedicating a song to others who deal with the same condition. I have dealt with it for about 10 or so years and it still catches me out. The late night ones are the worst (same with depression). I hope you develop further in your management of anxiety like I am hoping to. that was great..I have had panic attacks for years I took paxil and colonopin for a while I am in the process of coming off and I am in constant fear this is the hardest thing ive done in my life I take celexa, buspar, and inderol(pounding heart) but it is still rough. I hope that everyone suffering from panic gets help and overcomes this, because what i feel is not living. I tell myself that it will get better, I have a daughter I have to get better.

I'm really glad to have you...that is brave and a great reason to fight the fight...I am a library on this...there are 1,000,000 ways to stand up to this beast...also...from one person to another...never be ashamed of talking to somebody...of meds for emergencies (ie panic at a public event, playing at the park etc...) this is now my new fav song man! My brother has struggled with anxiety and panic attacks and i know it can be a hard thing to deal with.. especially since there really is no treatment or cure, let alone an understanding of it. It's very real and very misunderstood...but also very manageable with the right skills...I was actually praying when I had my first MAJOR anx attack...so that weirded me out a litte..yikes...WALKING is so great...going for a walk heals just about any mental problem I'm convinced of that!

You have no idea...I've never heard a song directly explaining how it feels. I've been suffering from OCD/Social Anxiety/Panic Disorder for 7 years now. This was amazing. I hope you're doing better. Hope to hear a lot more from you!

Thank you. It's kind of ironic, it's 2:53 and I can't sleep, so I figured I'd try and find something nice to listen to on youtube. Looked up one of my favorite songs, "Breathe" by Pearl Jam, and then felt like hearing some covers of it and I found your's. That led me to this. Great stuff my friend.

Anxiety should be treated like a returning guest . Not a new one. Welcome anxiety when it hits . you will be able to control it and tame it Because its a returnng guest. But if you treat itas a new guest you will get the gitterrs and let anxiety eat you alive .. Just practice welcoming that anxiety feeling everytime it comes with . "Hey buddy where you been? its about that time we chilled again " Pretty soon you will be best friends with it . but once its gone will u miss it ?

Hello, My heart goes out to anyone who suffers from anxiety and or panic attacks.Panic attacks are so scary and doctors just love to write prescriptions out for anxiety ect... ,and I'm not totally against that (I take medication myself) but they don't seem to want to help you find out what caused it.I believe it goes much deeper...Tommy..Thank You for sharing your song and talent.

...called "sunbathing in the rain" I had got from a library and read through the first few chapters, I saw that someone underlined some words and passages and I was so soothed and moved by this. I had the sudden feeling I was not alone, this song has that effect for many so thankyou xxx

the genuine emotion behind this is clear, thankyou for dedicating a song to others who deal with the same condition. I have dealt with it for about 10 or so years and it still catches me out. The late night ones are the worst (same with depression). I hope you develop further in your management of anxiety like I am hoping to. Its hard when you recover for a while and take for granted that you will be ok and not have an attack then BOOM one hits you. I was reading a book about depression today...

Anxiety is something I've always dealt with, ever since I was small. Just when you think you're all better, when you're finally calm, it comes back.

that was great..I have had panic attacks for years I took paxil and colonopin for a while I am in the process of coming off and I am in constant fear this is the hardest thing ive done in my life I take celexa, buspar, and inderol(pounding heart) but it is still rough. I hope that everyone suffering from panic gets help and overcomes this, because what i feel is not living. I tell myself that it will get better, I have a daughter I have to get better.

I've been Bipolar I with severe anxiety for years now. 70% of the time it's hard to talk to even my closest friends. Two of the things that help greatly is music and people to relate with. Combine the two and its quite enlightening, thanks.

I'm really glad to have you...that is brave and a great reason to fight the fight...I am a library on this...there are 1,000,000 ways to stand up to this beast...also...from one person to another...never be ashamed of talking to somebody...of meds for emergencies (ie panic at a public event, playing at the park etc...) It's all beneficial...and the only people who judge are the ones who don't understand!

this is now my new fav song man! My brother has struggled with anxiety and panic attacks and i know it can be a hard thing to deal with.. especially since there really is no treatment or cure, let alone an understanding of it. The best way to deal with it would be prayer in my opinion, which u stated in the song! Love it man! another 5 stars lol

It's very real and very misunderstood...but also very manageable with the right skills...I was actually praying when I had my first MAJOR anx attack...so that weirded me out a litte..yikes...WALKING is so great...going for a walk heals just about any mental problem I'm convinced of that!
