This song isn't labeled clearly. The original artist who produced this track is The Usual Suspects, and this is a remix of that track made by Cascada. In this genre of music, remixes do not replace the vocals of the original track 99% of the time, which is why the vocals sound unfamiliar.
Also, Cascada is not a person but a group. The two DJs of Cascada are responsible for anything labeled "Cascada Remix"; not Natalie Horler.
