I remember listening to Art Bell around 2000-2001, one night when he opened the phone lines to time travelers. Most of the calls did not sound convincing to me, but one did. It was a guy in his 20s or 30s named Machen. He said he was in Maine & that he was part of a group from the future. He said that they were here to study our time period & that they melded into society. He had a very serious, sad voice - not at all like a young guy from today. So maybe there was a group that came here.

@mast2579 this is a replay, i heard the original, it wasn't a matter of 2 seconds on the original, you would hear larry ask the question, then there would be a long pause, larry would come back, sounded like he picked up the phone, or uncovered the mic on the phone, and answered the questions, pay attention, george even mentioned it was edited, i tried to find the original one, yet this one was hard enough to find
