People always fail to see that life is more difficult for people who had to endure life with parents that are addicts and alcoholics; therefor, it is that which creates unproductive people. I have two nieces and one graduated with honors, while the other one wants to drop out already and is using cannabis at the age of 16. It's safe to assume that they have been exposed to different things and their characters are thus different. How can we manage to bestow a need for achievement on the people that tend to depend on welfare?
