Star Trek Alice Krige (Borg Queen) Interview

Wow. She knew absolutely NOTHING about Trek? I would really REALLY love to know what those three scenes were that she did at auditions that hooked her in.

they were lucky to get her... Alice's performance of the borg queen was what made this movie tolerable... she combined an element of sexuality with the pure evil which came across as seductive as it was frightening... the seduction (of data) scenes and her delivery of the movie's only memorable line ( "watch your futures end") was right on the money...

a great performance that exceeded an otherwise weak trek...

I fell in love with Alice in a movie called Ghost Story. she was pretty young, still carrying a level of baby fat. but an English rose of the first order. Dear Alice, if ever, on some bored night you happen to find yourself looking at this and reading the comments... know that I have made you my prototype for the women in my life. I had one girl, she played basketball and wrote poems. A cool blond who looked like you and loved me deeply. I regret my indiscretions only because she wasn't you.

@manco82 ummm you know there were 2 actresses who played the Queen in Voyager (MAN I feel like such a nerd for knowing this...) she was unavailable until the final few episodes so they picked someone else to do the series of episodes in the earlier Borg encounter. It's in the special features for the first run of "Queen" episodes. You only notice if you do back to back episodes (nerd again) from the first appearance of the Borg through to the end taking breaks of course...
