  • Does one count the time it takes to fall asleep into the equation. If I take 5-10 min. to wind down and fall asleep, do I set my alarm to wake me up...say in 25 min.??

  • At least, but it offers to me a full recovery. I got plenty time to sleep, i'm a full contineu scheduled process operator at an oil production factory. For me the trick to get a comfortable sleep is get myself mentally tired.. So i try to postpone sleeping as much as i can. Every ten day's my work schedule starts over again, i use alcohol to help me sleep in time. Also pianoplaying helps me getting mentally exhausted, but it takes more time than alcohol to take well effect.

  • AAH yeah i get your game now, Just be careful with the bottle there man. I used to take pills for sleep, and oh boy was it hard to sleep without them after a while.

  • It's not that bad... It's just my brains keep running and running.. I had never a good sleep without any sort of help... Also i don't need very much of the alcohol to reach the wanted effect..
