Well typically, If you properly cover the bottom card they usally wouldn't pick it. If you do pick it, you could just act like when it was upside down, covr it with like "Oh that was weird, I must have shuffled bad or something." Then when they show the audience the card, you will just have to flip the card around and then flip the deck around. You might want to try to flip the bottom card with home hand, as the trick will work better that way
