went with bro in lae and he did ferrari track day at three sisters. absolute shite. talk about wasting money. barely got out of 1st gear and couldnt hammer the engine. pure utter rip off.. want to do a real track day, go and do ron haslams race school at donington on the bikes. you get half a day , not three laps and you cane them bikes to death..
I've done the ultimate car driving experience, the F430 is the most amazing, it makes you smile like a 5year old, so responsive. The Lambo Murcielago is in another league, not even flooring the throtle on a slow corner unsettles the car,it was the easiest to drive, as for the Porsches, the Cayman feels like it has 150hp and the 997 turbo well... left me cold! The Aston Martin is too soft. So Ferrari 9/10, Lambo 9,5/10, Porsche Cayman 4/10, 911 Turbo 5/10 and Aston 5/10.
They have their own camera fixed inside the car. You can then order a DVD of your footage. Takes about 4-6 weeks and cost me about 30 quid. I then ripped it and mixed it with the rest for the movie. Are you doing it at Thruxton?
The cars appeared to be restricted and they instruct you to change gear a lot earlier than you would choose so you never hit the real power. All in all you don't go too fast, but I topped 110mph on the straight. You'll love it, it's a Ferrari!
I guess you're not as famous as xgobobeanx... My husband did the same in a racing car at the racing circuit of Le Mans and I followed in a normal car: It was impressive!

I'm about to book the 355 day myself. How did you get the in-car footage, do they let a passenger in the back or do they have their own cameras?

Although it was fun, I preferred single seater racing cars. Make your goal to drive one of them and you won't be disappointed!!
