Thanks! I tried to be very balanced in how I presented the piece. I wanted to show people who would not want to go to a bull fight exactly what it entails from before the fight all the way through to the skinning of the bull at the end. It's so easy to just concentrate on the cruelty and brutality of the event, without considering the historical/cultural context. In Spain, matadors are celebrities, by many revered on the same level as footballers here in the uk.

Thanks! I tried to be very balanced in how I presented the piece. I wanted to show people who would not want to go to a bull fight exactly what it entails from before the fight all the way through to the skinning of the bull at the end. It's so easy to just concentrate on the cruelty and brutality of the event, without considering the historical/cultural context. In Spain, matadors are celebrities, by many revered on the same level as footballers here in the uk.
