Depends what that taweez is. And its not taweez, its duas, verses of the Quran. Allah (swt) says in the Quran, that it is a healing (shifa'a) for man. I have come across occultists/dark alchemists that blaspheme he Quran and the Asma-ul-Husna (divine names) so to get close to the jinn/spirits. These taweez usually have numbers on them! have you ever thought why there are numbers, its because we cannot make sense of them .. these numbers usually mean bad things and /or they (Na'Aazubillah) curse Allah to make the shaitan happy.

It was narrated from ‘Uqbah ibn ‘Aamir al-Juhani (RA) that some people came to the Messenger of Allaah (PBUH) and he accepted the oath of allegiance from nine of them and not from one man.They said:O Messenger of Allaah (PBUH),you accepted the allegiance of nine and not from one. He said: “He is wearing an amulet.” So he put his hand in (his garment) and broke it, then he accepted his oath of allegiance and said:“Whoever wears an amulet has associated others with Allaah (shirk).” (Ahmad, 16781)

just read these ahadeeths.you will know that just wearing amulets&taweez is a grave sin& constitutes shirk.I have provided references as well so that you can check up.As for your interest in your studies,it is ONLY YOU who can create interest in ur studies,are u studying the subjects that u like?Have faith in Allah,make Duas to him only,do Taubas frm All your sins,give sadqa instead of paying money to Amil,ask forgiveness from your parents& read all namaz& tahajjud if you can.May Allah help u.

I once read if you find a taweez, you read Allah Hu Samad 101 times with darood sharief 11 times before and after it. You then cut the taweez into 4 parts and throw them into flowng water.

Some also suggest that you should not look into the naqsh of the taweez....

It is very common in Pakistan. My father died 5 days ago from Black Magic, we lost health, wealth, happiness. It is good bussiness in Pakistan. Rich & Poor all are involved-jealousy. For the pleasure of Allah, when i have a chance, I will spend all my life going to Graveyards and find all Taweez and dirty black magic and destroy them. Perhaps, it might save people life, health, wealth, happiness. May Allah guide them(those are involved) in right path!...Ali

I'm sorry that your father died because of this black magic. I dont think these taweez found in grave yards have any good intention (Especially anything connected to graveyards).

I cant believe black magic practitioners advertise so freely in Pakistan.

Isnt it better to soak such sihr in water which has been recited over. Ive heard burning it can actually cause it to become stronger. Also its not some thing that everyone can do as you need to know what your dealing with seeing as the sahir could have actually put a counter spell with in the taweez which is released once the taweez is tampered with.

@Alhumdulillahforever Indeed Allah has full power over the sahir and the shayateen and the sihr only works by the permission of Allah. Before you start attacking me read again what i wrote. What has me being scared got to do with the issue of neutralizing sihr in the correct way and having knowledge about how to deal with such things and how to seek protection from Allah for yourself and your family from the counter effects of removing sihr.
