The guitars were tuned...I guess it's because I played around with the tempo of the track. Kinda screwed up the guitars a little. :/

You're right. I apologize. I was ruder than necessary in the first place. I've checked out a few of your other tracks and such and can see (and hear) that you are a pretty respectable guitarist. That being said, I'm sure you can agree that the sound of this track is rather offensive at times due to pitch. I wouldn't record this track just to increase my e-penis size. I've wanted to record the music from the Wily Castle in MM3 for years.

Not just the three pieces that get played during the levels, but also the intro and the boss/post-battle/epilogue music. I've been putting off recording it for years. Now is the time.

Why I personally don't find much wrong with the recording I do understand what you mean. The leads sound static and not lively. Maybe a softer eq setting could have been an option in order to take the high treble a bit off on the leads.

Yeah, I can agree on that. Don't think I will rework something on it, simply because I'm too lazy to do it. :)

So, youre planning on a medley as far as it sounds? Drums and bass? What do you got to record those?

Right now I'm planning to simply sequence the drum and bass parts and play the lead parts. I usually play into Guitar Rig 3 when I'm at home, and use it as a plugin to Adobe Audition. How I have it written is almost entirely true to the original, but I would like to spice up the drum part particularly. I think it'd be fun to add a solo to each of the three main parts of the suite. I've always adored the music from the Megamans; I think they're catchy tunes with a lot of potential.
