  • like how much is the surgery?

  • 6'2'' 165 pounds, work out 3 times a week, have a six pack, but these god damn marshmellows on my chest kill my confidence.

  • @Tyme2Die amen to that , im 185 pounds , 9% body fat and i still wont go to the beach , never wear a white top , Gynecomastia is a bitch !!! .

  • @jordanfish does it come back after after surgery...some ppl say tht masturbation can also cause gynecomastia ...if its true thn is there any chance tht these boobs would come back after surgery if the person continues masturbation.

  • $6700. Got it done yesterday. not too painful.

  • my man boobs are a curse

  • haha this makes me laugh GAYS!

  • @Finnz7 a pill for gynecomastia?

  • HALLOOOO?! why r u guys scarring urself like this. if u were born with 2 genitals then ok, that i can understand but this is just crazy! did God ascend down and tell u that He made u in an abnormal way???? look dont give me that "u dont kno what it feels like"-crap. I M A FUCKING WOMAN AND I CAN TELL U THAT REAL FEMININE BREASTS R NOT THE SAME! they r just tryin to get ur money in all kinds of ridiculous ways. u guys need to find urselves real women if that s the cause of this insecurity.

  • @smukase you really really really dont understand.

  • I'm 14 and I've had it 2 years now :(. Pissed off when we went Italy and I took my top off

  • Wow..I knew something was wrong with me. Im 6"2 180LBS and around 10-12% body fat. And I have this fucking jelly roll on my chest AND my stomach area.

  • I developed this when I was 14 and at 19 I had it removed through surgery it was life changing such a difference. If anyone has any questions at all please ask me

  • @Tranceforever87

Hello i developed it when i was 14 and im 20 now, was thinking about getting surgery..... i wanted to know the details, are you from the UK?

  • @Tranceforever87 how much was your surgery and where?

  • HOW MUCH DOES IT COST

  • @Mantampon around $ 3,500

  • This is ruining my life and I can't afford surgery...Literally fuck my fucking life.

  • @V3rtK1ng man same here

  • @V3rtK1ng Same man, it sucks, the only thing that helps me (even though the video says other wise ) is running, I beleive this is because its not as much tissue but more fat so I can reduce it, also I might be able to afford surgery by time im 18 but i wanted to save up for a trip to italy, so its a really tough choice for me

  • @V3rtK1ng know how you feel

  • FUCKKK! I HVE THAT

  • i have this and for years ive been doing many pushups and chest workout...

it only got worse... i didnt know it wasnt fat

  • @LteeP

It is usually not fat.It is breast gland, and you can not get rid of it by exercise.

  • @GynecomastiaMD

yeah thanx to internet i discovered this last week....what a bullshit... ive also run so many semi-marathons in hope to get rid of em... ii was one of my main points of motivation

and in my godamn country the surgery is around 12.000 bucks.... Jesus christ!!!

  • @LteeP

Sorry about your experience.Unfortunately 25% of our patients have had surgery by inexperienced surgeons, and need revision.

  • I had the surgery in Australia..the shit has come back and i never felt good enough to take my shirt off! i think i need it done again but a complete removal this time!

  • the whole thing about being awake while some one is cutting your nipple open turns my stomach. I would ask to wear earphones or i would trip if i hear some one say im bleeding under my nipple lmao....yeah FML.....

  • fucking shit.because of that i cant go anywhere.i cant go to the beach.and i cant get my shirt off.i hate that.it destroys my life

  • @GEORGARASDX7 dont be depressed since there r a lot of men out there with the same type of chest. if u use ur common sense that can only mean it s normal. it s just typical western society to give everything a name so that everyone feels like a freak. be smart and own urself. at the end of the day society doesnt give 2 shits abt anyone as long as they can all make money off us. i m a woman and i dont see anything wrong with such a chest. it only becomes a problem if u believe it is.

  • @GEORGARASDX7 true stuff It can be damaging try tumeric it worked for me. When you take it it might not immeadiately show improvement but keep at it if you need more info let me kno

  • @Finnz7 where can you find tumeric? id really appreciate a response back, ive dealt with this my whole life and am trying to find methods to help.im sure youve felt this way before.

  • @66callisto First time I bought some it was at walmart..kinda hard to find..but in the spices section. Walmart SHOULD have the pill form too I used the powder tho..bought it at the health food stoor idk if u have one in ur area You have to take alot of it tho..like 5 times a day go on earth clinic dot come and type n gyne follow the instructions put some powder in coconut oil for better absorption..and yeah gyne can destroy self esteem

  • @GEORGARASDX7 same man

  • i wanna die i have this shit

  • If God allows, this coming saturday or monday I will be in surgery. I am so happy that this problem is about to end. I hope the best for all of you sufferers.

  • God with u bro i have those and i wanna kill my self

  • @microfilm1000 i know right it sucks!!!

  • I wanna do this. It pisses me off being embarrassed to take my shirt off :/

  • @soccerstar1695 if you feel better about yourself then go for it, but you should not be emberrassed at all. This is something some people have and I really dont care if I see someone with gyno. If you really dont take your shirt off because of gyno then go for the surgery but if you are not sure what to do just leave it. Who cares if you have it and nobody is going to laugh or something. I think 40% of the population in the world has it.

  • @tshirttime84 its cause im skinny and everything and i usually wear tight shirts and it just unnatractive . im really thinking about getting this done. theres nothing i can loose.

  • @soccerstar1695 like i said if you dont feel comfortable you should do it. You will get a great confident boost aswell, so go for it. I dont know the prices but I think its not that expensive.

  • Also very interesting I'd like to add is this website that explained affects of Prolactin. And when you look up Gynecomastia or go to a doctor that isnt as honest as the one I visited, info more than likely will say the cause of the growth is unsure. Bull crap! Corrupted big corporate America needs to get paid. Do you think they're going to admit the milk they're giving us is poisoned? Uhh no. Here's the site below- vivo.colostate.edu/hbooks/pathphys/endocrine/hypopit/prolactin.html

    GO ORGANIC

  • Gynecomastia indeed is a direct result from the deeply disturbing toxins and hormones found in today non organic milk. My girlfriend is incredibly smart when it comes to medical issues, and when I mentioned months ago about the lump under my left nipple we started talking about my diet etc. I went to the doctor and also did research. Summing up a long story, "Prolactin" a hormone used in cows causes an in-balance in our hormones. I stopped drinking NON organic milk and it shrunk to Nothing.

  • I HATE GYNECOMASTIA

  • @Duitslond then stop eating that goddamn soy faggot

  • @Haslaaaa if you watched the video you would understand that not everyone devellops it because of their estrogen intake. I eat relatively no soy in my diet and i still developed it minorly when i was 12, I've had it for the past two years and I still dont eat any soy

  • @Duitslond check out tumeric and gyne

  • Haha i used to have this they did the same to me but mine was so small it was just starting :)

  • I'm so fucking sexy.. other than this haha, and fit otherwise! It's a shame, Im thinking of saving for it

  • Anyone knows what is the instrumental music played on video?

  • Comment removed

  • Didnt expect to see dave palumbo

  • 0:20 and i tought wha i was really bad...

  • I feel as i have a very light form of gyno. Dunno if to get it removed=/

  • well the famous bodybuilder has Gynecomastia because he takes steriods which increases eatsrogen hormones

  • I CANT BELIEVE HOW MANY PPL HAVE THIS? GUESS NOBODIES ALONE.

  • I had this surgery and didnt do shitt after 2 months it came back i hate my life so much... i can never go swimming

  • Hey man im 28 and have bad gyno,im 6 ft 2 and 12 stone so im quiet slim, getting surgery soon.

  • I have a hard lump under my nipple but it's not exactly too sensitive to touch, it doesn''t hurt or itch or lactate either, however under lighting it does look like its sagging forward. Do you guys think it could be gyno ? OR do you think my body is just choosing to store fat underneath the nipple ? This is what I thought at first but then I felt that there was a lump and now I'm unsure because it doesn't hurt ... When I'm cold everything tightens up and looks normal.

  • This is sooo fake!! i had the best Surgeon in Germany and u didnt had bad gyno it came from steroid just a little lump and it hurts and recovery is hard its not an easy surgery like this video this video cant be real i mean in the ending where he just stands up and smiling like yeahh this is so easy...i tell you all that havnt done the surgery its not easy surgery ive been from the gym now 5 weeks and still im recovering!

  • im 18 skinny, fit from my neck all the way until to my chest it starts to look awkward,it dosent look awful, but i just feel like getting a tatoo to cover over it,

  • Workout and body build and it really won't matter I you had it or not because your chest will come out ad you know I have it but I am in great ship just my owns look like boobs because of my puffy nipples and you know so it's hard to wear tanks but I wear y exact fit size in black .a long as your not fat and workout got good in 18 and still have it it might go away in it's own hopefully.

  • taking steroids can cause gynecamastia.

  • @microfilm1000 If you look it up on wikipedia, you will see that it says fat foods dont have any part in gynecomastia. Its all about the birth of the child, some kids are just born with it. If a child has gynecomastia before they hit puberty, then after 2 or 3 years it should slowly dissapear. If an adult from the age of 20-40 finds out they have gynecomastia, then they might have to get it surgically removed.

  • It's free in CANADA

  • I am going to commit suicide if I have to live with this much longer. I've had it 8 yrs now and it really has destroyed my youth. summers and summers of saying no to swimming and not being able to join the military because of this. I hate my life

  • @tenacious645 i feel yah i have yo always say no to swiimng becaus ei have puffy huge nipples. i dont take a shower in the locker rooms i dont take off my shirt either and if i do i change inside that batthroom stalls

  • @fatpanda1011 I'm sorry to hear that man. It really does just destroy everything. and only those who have it really get it otherwise they just make fun of it. a bit of light tho the ladies really dont care about it as long as your gear is a good size so there is hope but still I would really like to go swimming again. I havent done it since i was 13.

  • @tenacious645 i am 14 and i hate it. :/ i tape mine down.

  • how long u cannot workout after the surgery?

  • Stay away from all Soy Products!

  • I'm about to turn 17. I am not sure if i have this or its just because of my age and i am not fat or even chubby actually rather slim, any suggestions? thanks :)

  • @ChuckNorrisWaggon It's alright, i'm 17 too and I'm slim! I have Gynecomastia too and I read that most of the teenagers go through this.

  • @theDCseason I'm 23 and real slim also. I still have it. I doubt most guys go through this.

  • @ChuckNorrisWaggon Here's how it breaks down. I'm 21 now and have had it about 8 yrs now. Usually once it becomes hard tissue and hasnt disappeared after 4 yrs it's likely it isn't going away and surgery is the only option and it runs about 6 to 8 grand. Also I'm a slim guy so weight plays no factor in the extreme cases.

  • I'm 13 and i have Genocomas.... whatever do i have to do this cerugy

cause i was trying to cut them.

  • @TheEriSilva Idiot. Im 12 and I have, Dont cut it fuckhead get over it, its only cosmetics

because I have like this problem

  • I'm 14 and I have something that looks like a minor case of what seems to be adolescent gynecomastia what should I do? :(

  • @FunkyPopeye

Only way to get rid of it is plastic surgery. In some cases heath insurance will cover it. The younger you get it done the better. I would start with seeing your regular doctor and getting a referl.

  • Im 21 and i have this shit and im not fat been suffering this for years need the surgery so bad i can taste it female tities just doesnt look right on red blooded males who like pussy this is my mini hell SMH :(

  • guys how to find if i have gynecomastia ?? i have big chest but i dont find it like big nipples lol and i used to work out and had a lot of protien shakes ??

  • Athelete, cough "steroids" lol.

Im getting mine done in Poland!

  • u might aswell just eat healthy and work out ?

  • @ThEpjInStrumental it doesnt go away with that? there is muscle people out there with slim bodies and yet have this. Its a medical condition nothing to do with weight or stuff.

  • I would love to have this done now. but i play tennis and cant really take time off. i will be playing in college too so i have to wait another 5 years until i can get the procedure. as soon as i graduate and have the extra cash i will get this done. but until then, i have to keep my priorities straight. as long as i can keep my shirt on im alright lol. well good luck to the rest of you. stay confident my brothers. there is more to a person than the appearance of their chest. remember that

  • Is it free if your under 18?

  • I work out 5 times a week with weights and do close to 300 pushups a night and i still have issues. Im 16. fuck. i want this

  • @RHCPgroupie42 working out does not help you need to reduce calorie intake :D

  • @greenbeast1345 You get it by eating lots of calories?

  • @greenbeast1345 not at all.

  • @historicgamer probably but go see ur doctor to be sure b4 itz 2 late

  • In Bulgaria you can have surgery from 500 euro

  • i just hate how the lumps make you parranoid

  • Comment removed

  • Thanks for posting this video.

  • I really appreciate his honesty. He's not being a liar about it by saying come and do it cuz that's the last thing u need to survive. He's being honest and frank about why and why not it should be done.

I appreciate this man! Thank you, Dr. Blau.

  • are their any cases in which your nipples are realy puffy. ive exercised 5 days a week for 6 months and my nipples are still puffy

  • @ThatSomeTrash Exercised? It has nothing to do with that. Bodybuilders get gyno because they do steroids. Exercising doesn't cause gyno.

  • @ThatSomeTrash How old are you?

  • i really need to do this

  • I am getting my surgery done tomorrow! It's been a long battle, and I look forward to being victorious! I wish everyone the best of luck in overcoming this!

  • @macristo33 so how'd it go

  • I am overall happy I did it. More tissure could have been removed, but he did a great job on the lipo. It is not pointy anymore, but there is still some tissue left. I was told that some tissue would have to remain. I look better which is all that matters, and feel that I got a really great doctor at a great price to perform the surgery. I would encourage anyone to visit as many doctors and pick the one who has done it the most and who also has pictures. Recovery time was short.

  • @macristo33 how you feel now?!

  • The patient is awake?? I saw him blinking!!

  • @need4peace duh its a simple procedure so he was given local anesthesia.....

  • @muhammad152 --not in all cases...i just had this surgery last week (relatively minor case of gyno) and my surgeon recomended i be put under...so i was asleep the whole time.

  • Hey everybody please answer.I'm 13.5 years old and I have man boobs.5 months ago I didn't have them and after eating so much my boobs got bigger.(my legs and belly got bigger too) how do I know if I have Gynecomastia? If I lose some fat will they disappear?(My pink place is not big)

  • @bekomatik well you have fake gyno...it's mainly fat.so stop eating trash and start excersice 3-4 times a week!

  • There's a doctor who can rid men of their man boobs? Wow, thanx for such info. I would someday have such procedure though. :-)

  • I wish I could afford something like this. I think it would help me not hate my life so much

  • @thomas2leroy ;-( I feel the same thing. All my life i didn't have a normal personal life because of gynecomastia. Having these fu__in' ugly man tits has destroyed my personal life. ;-(

  • @thomas2leroy where do you live, and where do you come from, because in larin america for example my country Guatemala one sergury like that is a $1,000.00 dollars or maybe a bit more but not more than that!

  • Has anyone had lipo only without excision and had scar tissue under the nipple? My surgeon said there was no breast tissue and did not need excision. But on my right side there is hard tissue under the nipple which makes it portrude still 5 weeks post op.

  • Mine is a perfect example of picture at 0:22

  • hey is it as expensive if they aren't very big? i live in Dallas Tx.

  • @khantko When people weren't looking I would twist mine throughout the day to make them hard. Figured people wouldn't notice as much that way lol. But really, go for it if you have the money. The surgery is out patient, you'll be in and out within 2 hours and they put you to sleep so it feels like 10 seconds. After surgery is a pain though. You become really swollen and have to wear a compression vest for like 4-6 weeks. And your nipples are numb for about 6 months. Totally worth the trouble.

  • @khantko It really is worth every dollar, my life is totally different now that I don't have to constantly be on my guard. And I had a bad case but nothing as bad as any of the videos you can find on youtube. And don't worry about the 7000 price tag, it's only that expensive when you get it done at a place like NYC. Unfortunately everything about Manhattan is especially pricey and that's' where my doctor was located. Average price would probably be around 4-5G. You should research it.

  • i found the best non-surgical solution at the site "killgyno" com

  • Noobs with the moobs.

  • I am a physician and I know Dr Blau . I have also seen a few of Dr Blau's patients who are physicians .His innovating surgical technique the "Natural Blend Technique"greatly improved the results of gynecomastia surgery and no recurrence of the gynecomastia.

    Thank you dr Blau

  • @spotbald1 can you pliz tell me,how much this cost,.??..i only have this on my right chest.i live in Savannah,GA.i wanna go to he's place to do this hope soon..thank you..

  • @tarzan6072 Here, in brazil coast like 1.000 - 3000 reals (like 450 dollars)

  • @yurizagonelpereira ta doido cara? no brazil custa mais de 10 mil, e se fosse 1000-3000 reais pra convertendo pra dollar seria 600-2000 dollares...

  • Is there a type of gyno that only affects your nips? coz mine are puffy/point (only the areola) but i dont feel any hard disc behind them, and there is DEFINATLY no breast tissue, it could be fat, my diet is terrible i eat loads of shit and rarley excerise but im skinny as all hell.

  • The bodybuilder guy at the beginning is hilariously full of shit...he knows damn well he got bitch tits from taking steroids...lol He's even got other side effects from the steroids..bloated cheeks & a receding hairline! c'mon who does he think hes fooling?? xD

  • Not all body builders get the gynecomastia condition from steroids, Some people are prone to develop this condition. Not everyone with enlarge breasts needs to have surgery, it is only a matter of choice. But when it comes to choosing a surgeon, a picture is worth a thousand words, and results matter.

  • @GynecomastiaMD your right...not all bodybuilders get gyno but the ones who do most likely got it from no and/or bad PCT. Overweight natural males have pseudo-gyno (fat tissue). If a male just has gyno(breast tissue) than its almost certain it was caused by a steroid cycle. Do you honestly think that bodybuilder is natural tho? I forgot his name but hes always in flex magazine aswell as "anabolic almanac" which is a steroid booklet. lol

  • how much this cost ???

i just turned 15 and i have this condition since i was about 12.......

and this has nothing to do with fat....

i'm lean and i have this SHIT....

  • @simuksumar so do i man and im having surgery on monday and it only cost me 3000 but my insurance is paying ALL of it if you have good insurance go to a doctor and complain that your chest is soooo tender and sore that u cant stand it and they might say that you need the surgery witch will make the insurance pay for it ( thats what happened to me) :)

  • STOP talking shit people! You can't lose gynecomastia with losing weight, it's not fat tissue but female breast tissue! You guys have no idea how painful it is to be different so stop talking shit!

  • Please Check out my Channel!! I'm starting a blog about this and any guy thats dealing with this problem will love it. Please check out my channel and SUBSCRIBE!! THANKS!!

  • When it comes to choosing a surgeon a picture is worth a thousand words.I gynecomastia-md,com you will fine over 2500 pictures.

  • how much this surgery cost?

  • @FahadRyu

in germany 2000 euro bis zu 6000 €

  • @FahadRyu I got mine done in nyc and it cost me 7000$. It does leave minor scars but it's well worth the trade off. Iv had this condition since I was an early teen and i just recently got this surgery done at 24. I know how it feels going through the best years of your youth watching ppl around you do the things you can't. 7000 is a lo of money but if you have it, go for the surgery. It's well worth it. Some places even have it cheaper from what I hear. you should look into it

  • @FahadRyu

$4500 for unilateral $7000 bilateral and more for the sever once. This is the cost is when surgery is done by an experienced Gynecomastia surgeons. It is importent to see at least a few hundreds before and after pictures. Also make sure that the reccurence rate is less then 1% (We had none comming back after surgery).

  • @FahadRyu .......... it depends on the patient and the clinic you go to.... minimum cost is anywhere between $4500 - 6500..... For example, in Buffalo NY minimum surgery cost is at 6500 while in toronto it starts from 4500... It can go up to $ 8000 - 10 000 if the patient have a sevire case... In canada or most countries in Europe, if under 18, the surgery is free

  • @tahmid4777 No, in Province of Quebec in Canada, even for the under-18, it is considered as an ''Esthetic surgery''. So, its not covered

  • @tahmid4777

    What the fuck!?!?!?

I remember it being $2,500-$3,000 about 3-4 years ago. Has the price gone up because of the recession?

  • Comment removed

  • @FahadRyu around 7000 dollars but if you go to colombia you pay like 2000.. and do it better there

  • @FahadRyu for gods sake dont go to some third world country for surgery the U.S. has the best plastic surgeons hands down and dr. blau is the most renound in gynecomastia surgery. period. Do it in the U.S. so you dont have a surgery horror story to come back with or a nasty infection from some columbian surgeon.

  • OMG they did the surgery without putting him out?. its must be painful?

or did they make the skin painless first?

  • @FahadRyu

It is not painful. We use local anasthesia to num the area.Fo cost call Maryann at 914-428-4700.

  • is Gynecomastia the same thing as when u have uneven nipples? Because that is what I have. And wouldn't knowing the average range cost for a surgery to correct one side?

  • @iceyjr3 Normally gynecomastia develops on both sides although I have a friend who developed it on one nipple and he was charged only half as much as I was for my operation. And to answer your other question, gynecomastia isn't necessarily unevenness. If your nipple is always puffy and protrudes noticeably through your clothes than I would say you have gynecomastia. But I can't see what you look like, only you can determine what you have.

  • @Kabucow no i don't have any sort of real puffyness, just that on my left nipple is lower than my right nipple. It is not noticeable thru a tshirt at all. I notice a little more fat or tissue is little more on the left side (the uneven nipple) so not sure if it can be corrected

  • @iceyjr3 The human body pretty much has double of everything. Two hands, eyes, ears. No pair of anything is perfectly symmetrical. But it doesn't sound like you have Gynecomastia. Trust me you would be able o tell if you did have this condition. I don't know how bad your problem looks but you if it isn't so irregular that it doesn't effect the quality of your life I would say you're lucky. A lot of ppl would trade their surgery scars for what you have. I bet it doesn't even look that bad

  • @iceyjr3 m8 from what i know brests r never equal, we all have a bit of difference, to some ppl it can show more and others less, but u could go to a specialist doctor just so u can be at peace with this, i got gyno and i have that difference too, but if u find out to have gyno, then u should do something about it. good luck m8. for ur sake i hope u don't w8 arround for it to pass naturaly if u have gyno. take care. P.S. - sorry about my bad english, hope u guys understood me :)

  • I had this most of my life until a few months ago.I paid 7000$ but it was worth every penny to get it removed. If you have the money trust me just do it. The quality of my life is SOOOO much better now. I can wear a tight shirt and not worry about ppl judging me anymore. And because I no longer have to slouch to hide anything I stand taller and I feel the feedback of other ppl to my confidence. If you have the money do it. Iv had this since I was 14 and I'm 24 now. I wish I had the money sooner.

  • What exactly is the "problem"? In my eyes, I saw nothing wrong with any of the patients shown in the video; they looked find the way they were.

It's irritating to think upon the fact that "Gynecomastia" is even a name for a condition because of social pressure to look socially appropriate. *sighs* Well, I guess even the medical industry needs to make money. Why not spend time advertising the notion that there's something "wrong" with you if you have puffy breasts, then?

  • @RapNameChaudeezy18 No doctor ever told them to they looked bad because of the breast tissue. I myself will probably end up getting the surgery because I - and I alone - feel that without the breast tissue my chest looks better.

Gynecomastia is a name for a condition because it's a condition. It has nothing to do with social pressure to look socially appropriate.

If you shave you're a hypocrite. If you buy clothes because of their appearance... well, you get what I'm getting at... I hope.

  • And I never suggested that doctors do or would. The problem, in my opinion, is the very fact that patients with such a desire to "look better" would pay for a kind of surgery that wouldn't otherwise exist had it not been for such a petty social reason. And, your bringing up examples of clothes and facial care routines only goes to support my point: it's a SOCIAL conditioning. (Nice attempt at an anology, though. See, your problem is that when I said "condition", I was meaning a medical one.)
