Obviously, from her accent Zapp Mama is not from the US. This is a GREAT ETTA JAMES SONG, and this recording DOES NOT COMPARE IN ANY WAY WITH HERS. ETTA'S IS MOST DEFINITELY BETTER! The background vocals are very interesting and unique in this recording, but Etta's voice and delivery of the song is MUCH BETTER. You took a BLUES song, and made it a pop song. It's better as a blues song.
