  • i think the vocals i playback... check in 1:12...

even in playback he is the worst singer!!!!

  • This is the ultimate band, the original heavy rock instigators, there is no other band that has had as much influence on a music genre let alone influence other bands. The original line up is simply the purest anlthough the one with Tony Martin and Cozy Powell was a close second. This track sounds exactly the same as when i heard it live back in 1974/5 on the Sabbath Bloody Sabbath tour. Absolute 100% heavy rock. God Bless them all.

  • Eu tenho esse dvd do Last Supper,é muito bom,tem uma das melhores performances de nib na minha opnião!

  • @jolissarassa

    concerteza é a melhor

  • I hope they'll reunite someday... with Ozzy, of course ! :-< ... It would be the BEST FUCKING THING HAPPENING TO HEAVY METAL / DOOM METAL / STONER METAL ! \m/ \m/ Black Sabbath was, is and will always be The Lords of Metal ! \m/

  • Is that Bill Ward on drums?

  • @tomada36 Yes!

  • fantastic... they are the very metal... sono i veri metal loro! forza black sabbath! non ce ne saranno più come loro!

  • Check out Ozzy's expression at 1:30 onwards. "I LOVE YOU". Channeling the past pure and simple. Awesome performance. Same goes to Tony, Geezer, and Bill.

  • wow what performance is this?

  • go bill....!.go ozzy......! "THE" SABBATH!

  • seen them for blizzard and yes that makes me old and lucky to see randy

  • When are you going to register your version?

  • I love you sweet leaf, so you can hear me.

  • LIGHT UP!

  • LIGHT UP!

  • OZZY man!!! Weed for all!!!

  • Bill Ward.....If I didn't know better then I would think that he is a Naturalist

  • Damn,I thought for sure he would have problems w/the high notes on this song....I guess not!!!!! Sounds awesome.

  • ozzy always sounds awesome, just more so here

  • Ozzy should reunite with the Sabbath guys and they should put out a single. He seems to have all the chops he used to have.

  • Was this on the reunion tour on 1999 ?

  • his voie is better than in the original version...

    love this song

  • I don't know how the hell Ozzy could sound this good. This concert was in the 90's, and he's singing better than he did in the 80's. It doesn't seem like he's lip-synching. I wish Black Sabbath would get back together in this lineup. Judging from this video, Ozzy might still be capable of what he used to be.

  • I know man. I was a guest of Zakk Wylde at a Ozzfest show back in 2004 in Atlanta. Ozzy sounded great and it wasn't lip synched. I was also impressed. Oz seems fucked up when he is just mulling around be he is on his game when he plays.

  • How did you get lucky enough to be the guest of Zakk Wylde?

  • I'm pretty sure he puts a lot of it on. Metal legend that he is.

  • of course he's not lip-synching... if he was, he wouldn't need those monitors in front of him telling him the words! lol

  • That's not what a monitor is.

But yeah, he's not lip-synching. This was just a really good gig.

  • i know damned well what a monitor is, your problem is that you're not noting that there are different types of monitors: floor monitors, in-ear monitors, and the type of monitor i was referring to; a tele monitor. he uses one in his shows constantly, as do other bands like guns and roses. any time a teleprompter is placed front row for lyrics reference, it is also referred to as a monitor.

  • Well, that was a bit much, don't you think?

Ok, I've never heard of a teleprompter being referred to as a monitor in gigs before. Sorry for then assuming that you had heard the term 'monitor' and thought it meant 'computer screen'.

My assumption was that he wouldn't need a screen telling him the lyrics, but as you clearly know so much more about it than I do, I suppose you'd be able to recognise one when you see it, right? Well, kudos. But seriously, that was a pretty large overreaction.

  • wouldn't need them eh? well, it just so happens i have this dvd and have only watched it a good hundred or so times, and ozzy uses it quite often. watch the live version of "after forever" from this very same show, and you'll see that not only does he stare down the monitor throughout the middle of the song, he also still doesn't get the words right, instead only babbling out incoherent syllables of them.

so kudos to you for tossing the blame on me because you don't know what a monitor is.

  • I said "my assumption was", not 'he does not'.

I wasn't tossing blame anywhere. "I've never heard of a teleprompter being referred to as a monitor in gigs before".

And you are incorrect, I do know what a monitor is, now. Thank you for that. And chill out.

  • He still sounds the same..wow.

  • ozzy sounds awesome!!

  • ozzy's voice is spot on

  • "A new brand"...dunno why, but that made me chuckle :D

  • I have this DVD but, fuck, the songs are cut and then we see interviews, they ruined a great DVD with lame edition.

  • WOW!!!

  • His voice sounds fucking great on this consert!.. FUCK YOU!

  • What the fuck are you talking about? Ozzy sounds as good as he did on the album here. That was 30 years ago. I'm pretty much blown away by how flawless he sounds here.

  • Hey Ozzy what the fuck is going on?.steven

  • at 1:24 - 1:26 ozzy's jumping around like a monkey LOL

  • ETERNO Black Sabbath!! podem morrer 1000 vezes que sempre vão reinar nas veias dos reais apreciadores da arte negra culta, do Sabbath negro. Hail Eternamete, alem da morte

  • What other band sounds this great and true to form 40 years out? Not a fucken one. SABBATH LIVES!!!

  • awesome

  • black sabbath is one of the greatest groups ever... and this show is amazing!!!

  • how dare u ever speak about ozzy's carreer disrespectfully

  • Black Sabbath Rocks! Ozzy Rocks! If you dont like that than go kill your fucking self!

  • i think he sounds decent and im a big sabbath fan

  • ozzy sounds awesome!!

  • You don´t think ozzy sounds good here?? ehmm.. what the hell? and he has never been the best singer.. and he never will be.. but that doesn´t matter! the only singer in rock and roll that hasn´t changed his voice so much in 30 years is probably ronnie james dio! and I´ve listened to all sabbath records with ozzy! LOVE EM ALL!!

  • I know, I love all sabbath music both ronnie and ozzy, but this song is so different from the original back in 1972, and I cant force myself to listen to it..

  • Dude Ozzy sounds so good here.

  • Download Original Black Sabbath VOL 1-6 and listen to them, and don't come around saying he sounds good, because now he sucks. He was good before but not now or anymore..

  • fuck you SibbusAsk, why the hell come on here just to diss ozzy? get a fucking life.

  • You're kidding right? and learn to spell ridiculous and choices. Ozzy's solo career was amazing

  • It is kind of funny the way you spelled ridiculous. Oh yeah, and choices. Sheesh.

  • u have "readicolus" spelling.

  • his solo stuff is just amazin i wouldnt like ozzy if he hadnt done it all.

  • Black Sabbath is a Legend and we love them. Everyone should listen to them. They are one of our biggest influences. Our band Amaggot Bordir owes alot to them. We just added a new video today on my profile if anyone wants to hear something new and heavily influenced by Sabbath.

  • So true:D, sabbath made real rock/metal, not like the metal they make now a days, only screaming and no caring about the music.

  • he sounds the same. maybe for only this song.

  • the drummer doesn't use a cymbal but you do hear it around 1:27. wierd :$

  • the drummer uses a "cymbal" you fuckin qunt

    dont question the sabbath Lord.

  • its great how Ozzy is still an amazing singer

  • ozzy is the king of rock. if it werent for black sabbath, all of your favorite bands wld be living in a basement still, ROCK ON OZZY ! to bad hes getting old, but still knows how to fucking rock out XD

  • The crowd looks like a bunch of retard hooligans

  • Saw this performed at the Manchester Hardrock in 1974 (it's now a B&Q :0( ) Ozzy was a bit more mobile in those days! He wore a brown fringed leather jacket and brown boots and did lots of those two handed peace signs or whatever they were (great memory me)

  • Is that some new brand? Nice one Ozzman

  • awsome performance, the band did it perfectly!! Ozzys vocal pitch was perfect, sounded great!

  • Originally the tune "Sweet Leaf" was from the album "Master of Reality" Hmmmmmm.

  • all those metal bands we luv now would be flippin burgers if it wern't for sabbath!!

  • true very very true

  • do you mean the ozzfest

  • Yea. Thats some good shit.

  • man, its depressing how old ozzy is in this. he cant even do anything but walk around. kinda makes you want to cry doesnt it?

  • no, people do age and at least hes still making music

  • yea...and my view changed in retrospect. it WAS 11 months ago. but still, the poor guy cant talk. but, he can sing. its odd./

  • true...true.

  • What a stupefyingly great chord sequence!

  • This is the shit~!

Best stoner's anthem, no doubt about it.
