They always have had english voices. None of our games get dubbed anyways, KH2 was the first S-E game to be dubbed to spanish, so yeah...

@Keytotruth BBS was only dubbed in Japanese and English anyway.

Even us frenchies, who had french voices for KH1 and KH2, got english voices for this one.
