i know how good vegetarianism can be and i've battling giving up meat and turning vegetarian ever since i read a buddhist book by some taiwanese publisher when i was about 12 years old. but i can't imagine ever not tasting kebab and fish and chips ever again..aargh!!!!!! i'm a 80% vegetarian(most of the year) and every now and then, when i eat out, i end up choosing non-vegetarian food.

Well, to be honest, very little meat is healthier for you, especially avoiding red meat which can take up to a week to leave your body! Someone who eats beef has that shit inside of them for weeks, and with the amount of hormones they put in cows today, that just simply cannot be healthy.
