Just tonight I was telling my brother how many memories old Yankee Stadium held for me. One I wouldn't tell with my wife around: me and a former girl friend were in Section 8 of the loge for a doubleheader, and the Yanks were down about 12--0 in the fifth of Game 1, so we said to hell with this game, and spent the rest of it making out for all we were worth, waiting to be tossed. We weren't, to our amazement. In game 2, her fave Steve Balboni hits a game-winning homer. What a night.
