@ArMnD29 The passed penalty was bewteen Johann Cruyff and Jesper Olsen when they were both playing for Ajax. The reason it was allowed by the referee is because a penalty is a direct free kick, so it can also be taken indirectly, which means you can (according to the rules of the game) pass with a penalty.

Its probably to this day still legal. But I understand your point its unsportsmanlike and a form of tricker, he should be a real man, take the risk and give the goalkeeper a chance.
