  • Excellent stuff, me and my friend have been working towards muscle ups this year so this will be a big help!

  • Had Martin pushed his butt up and come into a v at the top Gotch style it makes it much harder on the abs also!

  • Looks like a generally good exercise anyway, let alone just for fighting.
