I get it.. The sentence "Blew a seal" actually has double meaning, one, the seal (the one that keeps air in a tire) has blown off, it caused the penguins tire flat obviously, the other alternative meaning is more into sexual activity, meaning that the penguin just gave a seal ( it's a kind of mammal that lives on shores & seas) a blow job, why did the mchanic told the penguin that? because of the vanilla ice cream that's spilled to the penguin's face looks like "you know" =P
