alot of people from Québec like me go to BTV because its small and simple, not like montreal YUL. the parking garage is only 100 m away from terminal.
I've been there many times and, you know what? It's neat, perfect for what it is. No departures delay, no crowd. You can go anywhere in this world leaving from BTV. There will be a conexion somewhere, so what?
Besides, there is a wonderful observatory for anyone with speakers so you can listen to the tower and pilots. Great view from runway, take off, landing. Very few airports have observatory so nice like BTV. Me myself, go some videos from there. Just browse in my profile.
15 gates? The Portland International Jetport in Maine has like 12.

Btw, that waiting area is only for two gates. Delta gate 14 and jetBlue gate 15.

but this is the only commercial service airport in vermont
i guess i should explain it some more because this is the biggest space for gates
