@FLCommsWest There was a Dalek Civil war back in the Old Series. Jack destroys a Dalek with a modified defabricator at the start of this episode. Chances are they modified the Anne-Droid to be lethal otherwise the three daleks would just be at the edge of the Solar System still alive. The Humans were using Bastic Bullets which work like a charm on Dalek armour but not on their shields which is why they failed so hard.

there are a few things i dont get about dalek episodes

1)i dont get how they overran the barricade so easily there were 4 people with automatic weapons

2)why and how the daleks could kill civilians wouldnt they have laws preventing execution of civilians

3)also i dont understand why the civis didn't attack the dalek with there hands there must of been 2 dozen or more people they should of been able to take on 6 or so daleks .

@DestinyHero12 there forcefields only seem to stop bullets and lasers since in a later episode not only does a brick hit the dalek without being stopped by the shield but a paint ball gun can hit them too.

That is their stated purpose, and that is why they killed the "civis". As for the "time lord rifles", the defenders did not know that the Bastic bullets would be ineffective. Also, what would the Doctor have made said rifles out of? And do you honestly think he would've had time to do so? No, he was a little busy.

1) daleks are protected by forcefields, you have to aim for their eyestalks and concentrate your fire to even stand a chance of getting through.

2) daleks are born to hate, and there mission is to kill everything that is not a dalek, why would they have a law stopping them killing unarmed people, that don`t make sense to me.

3) a they were scared, and b what good would hitting them do you only end up hurting your hand.

The Daleks have special shields that slow down bullets so that they just drop to the ground.

Just because you shoot them in the eye doesnt mean you'll stop them. If anything it will make it worse because they'll just shoot constantly. Dont forget that the armour melts flesh and is sheilded, they can self destruct whenever they want for a suicide attack. Their suckers can crush skulls and the mid section can twist around so even if you where behind them they can still shoot you. Even if you got the mutant out of its case it can still give you a poisonous bite.

True, unless if your in a corridor like Jack was. They can also disable people (The Daleks, Planet Of The Daleks) with their guns (so they could simple turn a corridor and shot someone before killing them).

And my last Dalek fact for you, the eye stalk allows for a 95% accuarcy rate and even has a shield around (its mentioned in Parting but like Jack says its not as strong as the rest of shielding)

You cant just shoot them they are almost indestructible. They are usually kind of slow (not always though) but seeing as how each one is very hard to kill, they are very intelligent and there are usually alot of them; they are rather difficult to overcome.
