We bought from Beck and everything went great. The videos work, can smoothly loop, sound is in sync, etc. If you plan to use the technique where you reflect off of plexiglass, don't try to get by with a laptop. We did, and there was not enough control over the image, so you could see the outline of the screen. If we had bothered to set up the TV it would have been perfect! Orders are processed by human, not instant download so be aware and no worries. Scare the kids- mwahahahahaha!
