The motor from late 54 now resides in a period mid 50's 35 ford drag car ,the 4 barrel short bellhousing is the start of the more desirable block designs still found in cars today ,perfect motor for a mid 50,s period piece. Stock in runs consistently in the 12,s in the light drag car. VERY COOL VINTAGE MOTORS !
early mopars were not know for their beautiful designs but nobody could come close to their engineering BRILLIANCE ! That is the true marvel in the car and if you think it's a beautiful design thats cool,and I don't recall saying ANYTHING about drab wedge shape design ,considering the fact that I only own MOPARS .Their more modern designs are way more pleasing (at least to me ) than the older body styles but they are all fast as ca ca ! @jzero32 Why didn't you just buy a motor instead of the whole car, like one from a 1956 Chrysler, and leave the complete car for someone else? It isn't even that desirable as far as hemis go, most have two barrel intakes with 7.2:1 compression.
