@MrAliW pls read the title of this video..-- it is just a vision..a fiction .perhaps its creator wants to turn the vast desert surrounding Riyadh into sea! It does not even incorporated present any landmark of the city. Again, Its just a vision from someone in Riyadh if we understood its title.
