ive been to cuba and while they have excellent medical supplies they have NO doctors to run the hospitals so there so called superior health system is just propoganda and is a joke. The levels of poverty in cuba remain huge also, so communism has not worked there at all. Russia, it failed miserably (genocide, de-valuation of currency). What communist countries have you visited? and in what way DID it work?

Well I am a structural engineer and I have examined the retaining walls which failed, causing the flood. they were not adequate. They were warned on many occassions about this. Plus the fact that canada and cuba had rescue wokers there before the US is not acceptable. 7 days without action is not acceptable.
