When the big businesses move out, the big tax dollars are lost. This problem is more like a perpetuating loop. The schools are violent because the kids are running wild. The parents have absolutely no control over them because they have had no home training themselves. All of these problems are legit, but the one the real heart of the matter is the one that never, ever gets mentioned. It's the inherent IQ dis repancy. (this is just one example). even TODAY in 2011, white people (p.s., i'm also white) have gotten into college for no reason other than their grandparents went there. we have NOTHING like this for minorities, as minorities were forbidden from college education for a long, long time. Not saying Affirmative Action is 'fair' or 'right', but the fact is that white people still have TONS MORE options.

All of these problems are legit, but the one the real heart of the matter is the one that never, ever gets mentioned. It's the inherent IQ dis repancy. Pretending this scientifically proven fact (and simple obvious reality) doesn't exist compounds the problem in several ways.
