  • @ 6:25 That type of thinking is hoooiibbbllee on DS questions! It'll end up messing you up on more difficult questions. (not you of course, but other people :-)

  • 6:25 That type of thinking on DS problems is what will end up tricking you in more difficult questions!

  • This is now for an outdated version of the book. However, in some ways this is helpful because you can see how he tackles various problems without cheating and being forced to do the actual problems on your own.

  • "InteRgers" (9:25)... unless you're a New Yorker.

  • What??@?

this can not be the gmat..

    lol

It's basically the same as the SAT

  • trust me it is no where near the SAT

you don't have data sufficiency problems on the SAT.

I only took the SAT 3 years ago, the first year it was made out of 2400. i doubt it has changed much since then

  • Not sure what exactly data sufficiency is,

but if it deals with partial percentages/angles and solving for the other half, it is on the sat.

But yeah, since its the GMAT i know its harder than the SAT...but this seems so easy...

then again the sat seems easy to, its only the timing that makes it so hard

  • you are great

  • Hi Salman. Superb video. Could you provide details (ideally ISBN, edition) of the book you refer to (i.e. when you say "page 278")? I'd like to purchase the book and following through the text using your videos.

    Thanks!

  • Data Sufficiency is my least fav section. Its such a pain in the arse. This happens to be a relatively simple example tho.
