1) The inheritance law has to looked in perspective. When you do, you'll realise that when implemented properly the way it's supposed to, you'll see that women in some cases get more money than men.

2) People should have the right to choose which laws they want to live under, and the sharia leaves the place for other religious groups to have their own courts within the land.

??? Not sure what you mean by that. As to headscarves, I know that in the states, distinct clothing like 'gang colors' are often diallowed. As to headscarves, I see them sometimes worn in the states. I also have seen signs in banks asking people to remove headcoverings ( hats, etc) sunglasses, etc. People should be able to be readily identified.
