The rest of the images are REAL HOUSES and their contributions to the community are also real my friend and they are still there 20 years after their golden decadeI invite you to go to Cali, and see them.
Remember the story of the Club Colombia and Santa Cruz in the show, you are going to tell that its a lie
How do you think that he got the money to build the Park, from his savings?
He wanted to do it for the kids in the region, that was his max satisfaction, also to built a park which it can be seen from the sky
Like I said before Jaime Duque Park was perfect because it combines all the elements of the typical hybrid arquitecture. Its the introduction of the series, that all!!! Lots of money, lots of ignorance to built.
Jaime Duque (who died aprox. a year a ago) also worked as a private pilot, before or after his commercial flights, which in many ocations the clients were unknown and also he had access to military planes, or was hired by the military, one of his military planes is located at the park like another attraction...
Also, there was a story, that he found a lost amount of cocaine while traveling in Colombia, but he didnt contact the government.
i just saw this exhibition today, and it was so irritating! these are not residences of drug dealers at all. these pictures were taken at a theme park named parque jaime duque near to bogotá, the colombian "disney world". NOBODY lives in these places they were just built for recreational purposes. this exhibition is totally wrong, what a shame!
My friend, looks like you didn't understand the exhibit, what a shame....!
The parque Jaime Duque is just the intro of the series, its a prime example of the hybrid architecture in Colombia.
They are also many real houses of the drug lords in the exhibit. The builder of the park (Jaime Duque) was a military -constructor-money launderer, he was some how connected with the drug barons.
Try to built, not to destroy.
(Unless you have something personal)

As a reminder again, the title of the show is: (looks that you forgot)
An informal study of the hybrid arquitecture, Vol 1.
-The Narco-Arquitecture and its contributions to the community.
Cali-Bogota, Colombia (2004-05)
(That means that the narco arquitecture is an example of a hybrid arquitecture)
You maybe saw the show in Berlin, Right?
Which were only shown like 20 photos instead of the total 29 images of the series. Right?

Why so much anger laeuropa...? Take it easy my friend.
Eres Colombiano (a) exilado (a) en Europa?
Looks like you had that idea to do it also, but somebody didnt before youor you have something personal against me.
Like I said before, I think you didn't understand the exhibit. But that s OK, no problem, that itself is a positive reaction to art.
I dont need to give so much explanation, but I guess that thats my duty as an artist.
