I grew up in Northvale, NJ - relocated there form NYC in 1974. I was lucky to enjoy the area before it became such a big small town and weekend destination for city dwellers. Where do you live now?
Glad you enjoyed it.. It was Huck Finn, I remember going down to the Paper Mill/Factory and the river was right there on top of you.. Its referred to as "SOHO or Chelsea" on the Hudson now. Still a great place to be and grow up. I have more Rockland County centric at rocklandcast dot com
