This isn't even a glitch, you can climb over the little fence on the bridge going over the submarine and get on to it that way without even having to jump once. I twon't be patched because it was intended.

I must agree with you I CAN do elevators I just don't like them they take to long and it's mostly hit and miss I prefer more free-roaming being able to jump around and it being fun than facing a wall for anywhere between 1 second to forever i guess lol..
