  • in this video instead of putting the board on a coffee tabble could i put it on my bed and do the incline exercises well?

  • Great videos, I have been doing a bunch of these with my total gym bench and dumbells I think I will try using a little more incline like you have there. I got sick of fixing the cable on my total gym every few months last summer as they always break glad I finally started using free weights for exercises much happier.

  • stupid ads keeping popping up about legal steroids :@

  • thx a lot 4 ur vdos and ur site really its amazing i can say it easily in the world of bodybuilding ur site is really NO 1

  • Thanks, very informative- but I have to mention something. Your sprawlingly open legs right in the camera while wearing tights made me have to minimise this, it makes it alittle uncomfortable to look at in public.

  • christ, spend a bit of cash and get a bench. a board tied to a coffee table? what the fuck is THAT? or join a community center if u dont have a lot of cash, most of em are cheap to join and have decent weights, not like this clown.

  • I actually do have a incline bench that I bought used. Not everyone has the money for a gym membership or the room for an adjustable incline bench and I wanted to show in this video how with a bit of creativity you can make one that easily stores in a closet.

  • ok fair enough. anyways, for doing exercises on benches that fred flinstone would have used, ur friggin huge pal. u have a strict diet as well?

  • :) Yabba Dabba Doooo!

If I ate what I wanted to, I would be a blimp. It's a constant battle for me to keep lean but I am motivated by the fact that so many sports that I like doing require my weight to be as low as possible.

  • hehehe, right on Fred! peace out, and good luck with the splinters on that bench.

  • Sure enough!

  • goes to show good form works better then bad form and heavy weights

  • at what angle should the board be on?

  • no pain no gain...

  • i hate that exercise bloody hard

  • Finally, someone with some solid advice.

  • These are hard

  • I done all these exercises, but I see no results on my beer belly
