1) Start at the Fifa menu.

2) Select [XBOX LIVE]

3) Then [MY FIFA 11 ONLINE]

4) Select [XBOX LIVE SETTINGS]

5) Then [EA ACCOUNT SETTINGS]

6) Last but not least select [Update Email Address/ Password]
